What a contact sheet is for

A contact sheet shows every frame of a shoot at a small size on one page, so you and your client can compare frames side by side, mark favourites and discuss the edit. Photographers have used them since the darkroom days, when negatives were pressed straight onto photographic paper.

Mark picks like a grease pencil

Flag your favourites and they're circled in red on the sheet, the digital version of the editor's grease pencil. Hide rejects so they never reach the client.

Exposure data under every frame

Shutter speed, aperture, ISO, focal length and lens come from each file's EXIF, which is useful for teaching, reviews and keeping notes on what worked.
